In 2020, I had a period of time in which it felt like my playlists were “telling a story”, or guiding me somehow. That was a little while before my first episode… though I’ve always felt very connected to music, ever since I was a child.

Sometimes I get a Good Feeling about a New Day approaching, maybe I’ll Rise Up in the morning and be Happy and hopeful, there’s nothing to do but believe now, I just gotta Breathe and Turn Up The Music, all the way to 11! No matter what, I’ll Find A Way to get through Another Day, even if the Bad Memories keep Echo(ing) through my mind. Because You Move Me, reader, to find that place where I can Dance Again.
